Evan Holladay, Founder & CEO

Evan is a real estate developer with experience developing over $531 million in projects and 2,416 multifamily units. He is the Founder and CEO of Holladay Ventures, where he and his team specialize in creating and investing in workforce, affordable, and mixed-income communities. Their approach is guided by intentional design, sustainability, and thoughtful place-making, all underscored by a commitment to providing supportive services in partnership with non-profit organizations. This holistic approach aims to create better outcomes for residents and communities alike. Evan’s passion for mentorship and education led him to create Affordable Development Mastery and become a mentor for the Real Estate Developer Academy (RED), a collaborative effort with Amazon, ULMT, and Nashville State. In these programs, he serves as a teacher and mentor, sharing his expertise and guiding the next generation of real estate developers.

Outside of Holladay Ventures, Evan enjoys mountain biking, spending time with family, hiking, immersing himself in nature, improving his Spanish, reading, and exploring the world.

Jined Lamata Holladay,

Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer

Jined Lamata Holladay is the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at Holladay Ventures. Jined is passionate about affordable housing, community empowerment, art, and personal development. In addition to her years of experience in business, leadership, management, and marketing, Jined is a trained Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Communications from Florida International University. She began her career in marketing by working for the top Spanish-speaking television network, Univision Inc., where she led the marketing team for the company’s Community Empowerment Initiatives. Jined is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arts and Business Council of Nashville and a Board Member of Conexion Americas.

Fun fact: Jined was an actress in three telenovelas when she was a child, so you might have seen her on the screen before!

Evan Voight has over 15 years of experience in the housing industry, leading the Finance Departments at Kittle Property Group and TWG Development. Both development companies were nationally recognized as Top 15 affordable housing developers in the country at the time of his departure. Evan has worked across 16 states, helping develop and close the financing for over 130 apartment communities. He has secured and managed over $1.75 billion in capital, financing over 12,500 apartment units in the affordable and market-rate space.

Fun fact: Evan holds an undergrad certificate from Indiana University in Rock & Roll History.

George Tullos Jr. is the Vice President of Development at Holladay Ventures. With almost 15 years of experience developing affordable communities, George is skilled at negotiating contracts with property owners and municipal representatives and maintaining and preserving strategic housing partnerships with non-profit organizations, state housing finance agencies, and other industry professionals. George has been involved in the development of multi- and single-family and senior communities throughout the Southeastern U.S. He brings a wealth of experience presenting to local municipalities for support and approval of variances, site plans, and rezoning strategies and negotiating with and directing the work of outside consultants as well as coordinating in-house developments. George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.

Fun fact: When he’s not at work, George enjoys spending time with his family.

Dani Badgett (she/her) is a proud native of Meridian, Mississippi. Her diverse background includes higher education, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging consulting as well as real estate. Over the past 10 years, Dani has been instrumental in designing and implementing sustainable operational efforts for higher education institutions, nonprofits, and corporate entities. Her commitment to creating a positive impact shines through her work, making her an asset in fostering a more inclusive and equitable world.

Fun Fact: Dani enjoys playing the violin. Her favorite song to play is Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 in G.

Reed Lower is an experienced real estate development analyst and advocate for affordable housing and community development in Nashville. With a deep commitment to sustainability, resident empowerment, and high-quality design, he leads impactful projects focused on long-term affordability and community benefits. He is also an active Greenways for Nashville and Urban Land Institute member, supporting initiatives prioritizing multimodal and public transportation. Reed’s notable achievements include securing large-scale funding through strategic partnerships and grants and successfully navigating complex development processes.

Fun Fact: Outside of work, Reed is an endurance sports enthusiast who comes from a background of downhill ski racing and division one rowing. He recently tackled the Head of the Charles and is training for the Chattanooga Half Ironman!

Andrew Wagner brings over 10 years of experience in public accounting and corporate real estate to the Holladay Ventures team. His expertise in the field enhances Holladay Ventures’ accounting and reporting functions, bringing best practices to the back office of Holladay Ventures. Andrew holds a CPA license and resides outside Louisville, Kentucky.

Fun fact: Andrew lives next to a golf course, giving him an unlimited supply of golf balls, but he’ll be the first to tell you he still has plenty of room to improve his golf game.

Nathan Herber is the Senior Project Manager and licensed architect at Holladay Ventures. Since joining Holladay Ventures in 2021, he has been the driving force envisioning affordable communities that are sustainable, uniquely designed, and a place where residents can safely call home. His background in architecture involves advancing projects from city entitlements, design and construction administration, and leading teams. He has a technical understanding of the building sciences. Known to be a proactive leader, Nathan values personal rapport and maintains a firm sense of integrity. With over 20 years of experience, Nathan began his career in the Hoosier State, Indiana, obtaining his degree in architecture at Ball State University. From there, he moved to New York City, working for high-profile architecture firms such as FX Collaborative, Perkins, and S9 Architectur,e focusing on large-scale corporate, hospitality, and lifestyle architecture, managing the designs for developers such as Related, GGP, Brookfield, and Vornado. Since then, Nathan and his family moved to Greenville, SC with the focus of providing a better quality of life for their special needs son.

Fun fact: Nathan enjoy’s diy-ing his home tacking projects from landscaping to millworking.

Ron brings over 30 years of construction managing projects from $1 million to $50 million across the country in various stages of development, including due diligence, yield studies, entitlement, design, permitting, construction, and warranty. Ron enjoys working with all stakeholders on projects to collectively grow the communities in the most sustainable and empowering ways. He works to include and enable teams to do what they do best and be a teammate to get projects started and completed in the timeliest process possible.

Ron is from Kentucky, has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology and one in Geography from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Science Degree in Sustainability (Business) from Lipscomb University.

Fun Fact: Ron is an avid fisherman, baseball and softball dad and a loving husband and dog lover.
