Developed in partnership with nonprofit Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville, this mixed-use community includes 251 affordably-priced units, nonprofit services for artists and creatives from the Arts & Business Council, makers space, a 4,000 sq ft child care center, and 7,000 sq ft of retail space.

Fundamentally, a space that celebrates and cultivates creativity, The Opaline is where any family or individual can feel at home while pursuing their artistic passions. The multifamily apartment community is part of Artist Hill, a 38-acre master-planned affordable housing community created to inspire resident creativity and innovation. Artist Hill provides both rental units and homeownership opportunities, ensuring artists can establish roots and live affordably while contributing to Nashville’s cultural fabric.
