Our expertise in community-based multifamily development means every detail is accounted for: from design charrettes with community members, creative financing to provide more units at a lower cost, and working strategically through the entire development process with many key partners.

Acquisition

We acquire value-add opportunities in affordable and mixed-income multifamily housing in redeveloping neighborhoods and preserve its affordability, improve its economic and environmental performance, and enhance the lives of its residents. We invest in the long term preservation of the attainable community, for our residents, investor and community partners.

Resident Empowerment

Above and beyond providing quality housing at an affordable price point, we believe in investing in our residents and providing them with the tools they need to truly succeed and live their best lives. From financial literacy education to mentoring and tutoring for children, health-screening and counseling, and mindset and confidence training, we aim to do everything in our power to empower our residents.
