We go through several rounds of designs based on their feedback to create a place that the community is pleased with and that future residents are proud to call home.

Our commitment to building sustainably goes hand-in-hand with our dedication to quality finishes. We include energy-efficient appliances, windows, and water fixtures to lower energy consumption and utility bills for residents. Our clubhouse at Stone Bridge Lofts is 100% solar-powered and includes a solar-energy education center and luxury amenities that support overall wellness. We also design our new projects for Net Zero Energy Ready to ensure our projects remain resilient for generations to come.

Local Economic Growth

We prioritize creating job opportunities for local low-income talent through Section 3 initiatives and partnering with Diverse Business Enterprises. This approach not only supports the local economy but also ensures a deeper connection to and understanding of the community’s needs.

While building Samaritan Recovery Community’s (SRC) new treatment center, a program graduate was hired by the construction company building Shelby House. This full-circle moment not only created opportunities for him but also for fellow Nashvillians, exemplifying the win-win impact we strive to achieve at every stage of our projects—from planning and construction to lasting community benefits for generations to come.

Commitment to Resident Empowerment

Our work goes beyond housing. Our unwavering focus on resident empowerment services turns our housing into a catalyst for robust, supportive neighborhoods by creating space and opportunities for families to prosper.

Through partnership with the Urban League of Middle Tennessee (ULMT), we developed a Resident Empowerment Center for Park 24. With programs providing education, job training, and entrepreneurial support, the Resident Empowerment Center ensures residents have the resources they need to thrive. The Center also added an additional income stream for ULMT, expanding their development of social programs that close the equality gap across Middle Tennessee.
